Delivery & Returns


Raven Hobbies currently use The Royal Mail or  My Hermes Door to Door Delivery services which can take 3 to 5 days from the date shipped. All orders are normally effected  within 7 Working Days.

We do offer other faster services at an extra cost. Please ask for details.

Postage is calculated by weight so buying more than one product can save you money.

International buyers we always send our items signed for. The cost of postage stated is estimated and we always issue a refund for the difference if postage is less than stated at the time of purchase.  Any custom and duty cost when items reach their destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.


We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we're here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.
Please contact us by email at before returning your item.
You can return your purchase to us within 14 working days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including return postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost. If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch it by the same delivery option you originally selected.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

 We test every return for faults and defects. Please consult product manuals for electrical items before returning anything to us. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.
